List of the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) about my services. If you don’t see the answer to your question here, please let me know.

How involved will I be in the process?

Since this is YOUR resume and LinkedIn profile, you MUST be involved in the process. Your documents will be unique to you – there is no copy-and-pasting happening here.

It all starts with our first contact call where we talk about what you are looking for and what type of services I can provide. You will then provide me with up to three dream job descriptions. It might take some time to dig them up.

After signing on, I will send you a homework questionnaire. It is is an integral part of the process and your commitment to filling it out is greatly appreciated.

Next, we will set up your in-depth interview where I will ask you questions about your work history, education, motivations and passions. Then I will craft your unique resume and/or LinkedIn profile.

But your work does not end there. You will have to review the draft documents I send you and provide me with feedback.

Writing a resume or a LinkedIn profile is an important undertaking, and your involvement is essential in developing a profile or resume that reflects your personal brand and the value you have to offer.

How long will it all take?

It depends. I often have several projects on the go at any given time and since a certain proportion of the work requires your involvement, we have to factor in your turn around times and availability too. We’re both busy people. On average, the process takes 2 weeks from the day of your in-depth interview.

How much does it cost?

I offer several packages and bundles ranging from $600 for the Professional Resume Package or LinkedIn Revamp to $1,000 for the Personal Branding Package. You can read more about the packages here.

Does this guarantee that I will get the job I want?

A lot of factors go in to determining who will get which job and when. My resume writing and LinkedIn profile writing services aim to optimize only those factors that are related to your resume, cover letter, thank-you letter, and LinkedIn profile.

I don’t live in Toronto. Can we still work together?

Absolutely! These days, physical distance is a minor detail. With phone, email and video chat, there’s no reason we can’t make it work with modern technology.
